today we talking about listening and feedback, listening to information and having to write it down/take notes about the msg. we also had maths, studying Length width and height.

keep a straight back while your still holding the object.

when picking up a heavy object, bend at your knees. do not bendyour back over.

this is how NOT to pick up a heavy object, it puts strain the the back and is not good for you.

Today we learnt problem solving in maths, different ways of working things out.
we also learnt all about health and safety on and off the worksites. we worked on team work and problem solving within a team/group.
later in the arvo we learnt about different ways of studying, different angles of looking at things....audio, visual, and kinesthetic.
when i did the quiz, i was mostly even across the 3.
